Mission Statement:
We are the women of the Parish who seek to foster spiritual growth through prayer and fellowship.
Through the intercession of Our Lady of Hope, we commit to serve others in our Parish and our community as Christ has taught us.
In addition we support many parish activities such as:
- Lenten Soup Supper
- Support for the Parish Picnic
- After Mass coffee and donut socials
- Host receptions as requested by Father Saunders
- Support for Outreach Committee
- Support for the annual Diocesan WorkCamp
- Support for Birthright
- St. Joseph’s Feast Day Celebration

Meetings and Events 2009
- Tuesday, October 20th - Confirmation Reception in parish hall after 7:30pm mass (COULD USE A FEW MORE COOKIES)
- Wednesday, October 21st - next Ladies of Hope meeting - tentative "Priest Panel"
- Wednesday, November 11th - Ladies of Hope meeting - making cookie mix jars
Field Trips 2009-2010
- We are planning the following field trips over the next year:
- December - trip to Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception
- Fall/Winter - Smithsonian religious art tour
- Spring - "Rediscovering God in America" tour in DC
- Spring - all day retreat to Mount Saint Mary's and Elizabeth Ann Seaton House
Fundraising Efforts 2009-2010
- October 25th - begin Thanksgiving Pie Sales from Mom's Apple Pie company after all masses
- November 11th - making "cookie mix jars" during Ladies of Hope meeting
- December 6th - holiday gift wrapping during Holy Land Woodcarvers sale
