Parish Activities

If Loudoun County Public Schools are closed for the day, close early, or cancel nighttime activities due to inclement weather (snow, ice, storm, etc.), then all parish activities are canceled, and the building is closed.

What About Mass?

Daily Mass

When Loudoun County Schools close because of inclement weather, the 6:45 a.m. Mass will be cancelled. Call the parish office recording (703-433-6770) for the status of the 8:30 a.m. Mass. If schools are delayed either 1 or 2 hours we will make every effort to have the 6:45 a.m. Mass.

Saturday Vigil & Sunday Mass

If at all possible, assuming the Priest can make it to the church, regularly scheduled Mass will take place as scheduled.

Please Note: The upper parking lot between the church and the school is supposed to be plowed first. When attending mass during snow, please park on the upper lot first, so that the rest of the parking lot can be plowed effectively.

What About RCIA?

Father Saunders will make a determination about the RCIA class by 4:00 p.m. on the day of class and will change the message on his voice mail at the parish. Please call (703) 433-6770 and choose option 7.

What About Religious Education/CCD Classes?

The RE Department follows the same policy as Parish Activities.
